The electrode body material is a combination of Glass and a Porous PTFE membrane, providing excellent resistance to fouling.

The sensor exhibits premium electrical properties, confirmed by a Zero Position (E_0) of ±0.25 pH at 25℃ and a Slope percentage greater than 95% (at 25℃), attesting to its high sensitivity and calibration precision. Temperature compensation is highly flexible and can be customized with various elements, including PT1000, PT100, or NTC10K units, ensuring accurate data despite fluctuating process temperatures.

Designed for Industrial Resilience
Optimized for continuous industrial operation, the ASP300 functions reliably within specified temperature and pressure boundaries: 0℃ to 60℃ at 4 Bar, and 60℃ to 80℃ at 2 Bar. It accommodates a broad range of sample flow rates, from a minimal velocity of 0.001 m/s up 0.5 m/s, making it suitable for both static tanks and dynamic pipelines.

The physical design ensures straightforward installation. The sensor has an insertion diameter of 35 mm, with a total length (including the foot guard) of 200 mm and an effective measurement depth of 100 mm. Secure insertion mounting is facilitated by 1'' NPT threads located on both ends. The integrated cable comes standard at 5 meters, with options for customized lengths based on specific application requirements.
